These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Vision Integrators website and services ("Services"). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Vision Integrators provides security camera installation, door access control, home automation, structured cabling, and related integration services. Specific project terms, pricing, and scope are defined in individual project proposals and agreements.

2. Your Responsibilities

Providing accurate information about your property and requirements
Ensuring we have appropriate access to your property for installation and service
Complying with all applicable laws regarding surveillance and recording on your property
Maintaining the security of any system credentials we provide
Timely payment per agreed project terms

3. System Ownership

Once installed and paid for, you own your equipment and all recorded footage. We do not access, store, or monitor your camera feeds or security system data unless explicitly requested for support purposes.

4. Warranties

Installation workmanship is warranted for the period specified in your project agreement. Equipment warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers. We assist with warranty claims but are not the warranting party for equipment.

5. Limitation of Liability

Security systems are a deterrent and monitoring tool — they do not guarantee prevention of theft, damage, or unauthorized access. Vision Integrators is not liable for any losses, damages, or incidents that occur despite the presence of installed security systems. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

6. Website Use

Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our website or systems
Do not use automated tools to scrape or harvest data from our website
Content on our website is for informational purposes and may change without notice

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, designs, and branding are owned by Vision Integrators. System designs created for your project become yours upon payment.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Salt Lake County, Utah.
